Project ImPACT is a parent-mediated intervention for young children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related social communication delays.
Project ImPACT is recognized as one of the most effective coaching programs for parents of young children with autism and related social communication delay.
IMPROVING PARENTS AS COMMUNICATION TEACHERS (Project ImPACT)
PROJECT IMPACT - 12 WEEK PROGRAM
Project ImPACT is a 12-week program that will help parents and caregivers assist their children up to age six increase social communication, imitation and play skills throughout daily routines and activities.
We will work together to set child goals, learn and practice, strategies and problem solve. Between sessions, you will practice what you learn to teach your child new skills. Sessions are normally scheduled once or twice per week at the same time, each session is 60-90 minutes long.
Project ImPACT runs for 12 weeks. Follow-up support is available after the 12 sessions to help ensure child and family success.
